Brief description of the main scopes

As a member of the Ecophysiology and Environmental Toxicology Research Group, the focus of my scientific interest is the complex physiological and ecotoxicological impact assessment of anthropogenic pollution of Lake Balaton, including drug residues, microplastics and chemical UV filter compounds, in aquatic invertebrates (Daphnia magna, Lymnaea stagnalis) and lower vertebrates.

The purpose of my experimental work is to investigate the possible physiological effects of different compounds in a complex, multidisciplinary approach, in controlled laboratory experiments during chronic treatments, after learning about the pollution concentrations in Balaton.
