Registration and abstract submission

If you would like to participate in the conference please fill in the registration form at the bottom of this page. Abstract submission is a part of the registration form.

Note that the registration is valid and complete when we receive a confirmation that the payment has been processed.

After our check that the payment has been processed, the invoice will be sent to you as a confirmation of the registration.

Costs:

Regular (before May 20th 2011)	250€
Student* (before May 20th 2011)	200€
For accompanying persons (before May 20th 2011)	200€

*If you register as a student, please send a Certificate from your affiliated Organisation or Institution. After sending the Certificate the registration will be performed.

Cost for participants includes: conference package, social programmes, lunch and coffee breaks

Cost for accompanying persons includes: social programmes, lunch

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your registration, please write to the Organizers. Registered participants who are not able to participate in the conference may ask for a 70% refund before 27th May 2011. Registration fees cannot be refunded after 27th May 2011. However a valid registration can be transferred to another person at no cost.
