Oral presentations: They will take 15 min. plus 5 min. for discussion. The conference room are equipped with PC/Laptop and data projector. Laptops are equipped with MS Windows Vista, MS Office 2007, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Windows Media Player 11, VLC media player. Presenters are requested to upload their presentations to the room laptop in due time before their session starts. Technical assistance will be provided in the conference room.

 

Poster presentations: Dimensions of poster should be between 80 x 100 cm to 100 x 120 cm (width x height). Posters will be standing during the whole length of the conference. Presenters will briefly summarize their research in a few-minute-presentation at their posters.

 

Tour and bird-watching at Kis-Balaton. The organization would like to remember all persons to use proper footwear, moreover a raincoat is recommended. For birdwatching participants should bring along binoculars. To find more about Kis-Balaton please visit its website.
