XIII. International Colloquium on Amphipoda

General Information

We announce the

XIII. International Colloquium on Amphipoda (www.blki.hu/13thICA)

to be held in
Balaton Limnological Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences,
Tihany, Hungary (www.blki.hu)
20-25. May 2007.

This Colloquium hosts every aspects of Amphipoda (systematics, genetics, evolution, ecology, physiology, range extensions, etc.) both freshwater and marine (see the Programs of the previous Colloquiums: http://www.tmu.uit.no/amphipod/index.html).
The XIII ICA will take place in the Institute, where also limited accommodation is possible. Other accommodation possibilities (hotels and private rooms) are available on Tihany Peninsula (www.tihany.hu).

Due to a contribution from the Amphipod Newsletter (Wim Vader), it is possible to apply for financial support covering the Registration Fee until 01. December 2006. Please, send the Application to Ilona B. Muskó musko@tres.blki.hu. The Scientific Committee will decide about the support.

300 EUR for regular participants
150 EUR for students / PhD. students
150 EUR for accompanying persons
